Our pricing reflects the personalized attention and extended appointment times that come with house call medicine. We believe in transparent pricing—you’ll receive a detailed estimate before your visit, and our team will walk you through recommendations so you can choose the best plan for your pet and your budget. Below, you'll find pricing for wellness and sick visits, trip fees, acupuncture, cold laser therapy, quality of life evaluations, euthanasia, and aftercare, with rates varying by location.

We have two service areas which have different price structures:

Trip Fee
Our trip fee covers the cost of bringing veterinary care directly to your home—one fee per household, no matter how many pets we see during the visit. This ensures a stress-free, convenient experience for both you and your pets, with personalized, unrushed care in the comfort of your home. It is usually your doctor/tech team coming but we also offer Tech Visits in our southern branch for things like boosters, nail trims, and doctor-ordered blood draws, which has a slightly cheaper trip fee.

Wellness Visit
A wellness visit with Vet At Your Door is more than just a checkup—it’s a proactive, personalized approach to keeping your pet healthy for years to come. Our One Team Approach means you see the same trusted team at each visit, building a strong relationship that allows us to truly know your pet. We provide a thorough nose-to-tail exam, customized preventive care, and in-depth discussions to catch potential issues early and optimize your pet’s well-being. With our house call model, your pet receives stress-free, unrushed care in the comfort of home, ensuring the best possible experience for both of you. The Southern Service Area offers visits for dogs and cats. The Northern Service Area offers large animal services in addition to dogs and cats.

Sick/Medical Issue Visit
When your pet isn't feeling well, Vet At Your Door brings expert veterinary care directly to your home, minimizing stress for both you and your pet. Whether your pet is experiencing an illness, discomfort, or a change in behavior, we take a thorough, personalized approach to diagnosis and treatment. Our veterinarians provide in-depth evaluations, on-site diagnostics when needed, and tailored treatment plans, ensuring your pet gets the best care possible—without the anxiety of a clinic visit.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a safe, natural therapy that relieves pain, reduces inflammation, and supports healing. At Vet At Your Door, we provide in-home treatments to help pets with arthritis, mobility issues, and chronic conditions, all in a calm, familiar environment for maximum comfort and effectiveness. Acupuncture is offered in our Southern Branch only at this time.

Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that reduces pain, inflammation, and promotes healing. At Vet At Your Door, we bring this advanced therapy to your home, helping pets with arthritis, injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic conditions—all in a stress-free, familiar setting. Cold laser therapy is offered in our Southern Branch only at this time, and is usually done with our Tech Team to reduce trip fee expenses.

Quality of Life Evaluation
A Quality of Life Evaluation with Vet At Your Door offers compassionate, professional guidance to help you assess your pet’s comfort and well-being. Our veterinarians provide a thorough, individualized assessment of factors like pain levels, mobility, appetite, and overall happiness, helping you make informed decisions about palliative care or humane euthanasia. We take the time to answer your questions, discuss options, and ensure you feel supported in choosing the best path for your pet—all in the comfort of your home, where they feel safest and most at ease.

Euthanasia
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy, but at Vet At Your Door, we provide a peaceful, compassionate in-home euthanasia experience, ensuring your pet’s final moments are in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. Our veterinarians take an unhurried, gentle approach, offering sedation before the final euthanasia solution to ensure a pain-free, peaceful passing. Aftercare / Cremation
For aftercare, you may choose home burial or cremation options, including private cremation with ashes returned or a communal option that contributes to marine life restoration through burying your pet's ashes at sea. Large animal euthanasia pricing is available upon request. No matter your choice, we are here to support you with respect, dignity, and care every step of the way.
